At Krush we recognize that privacy is important.
This document outlines the steps we take to safeguard information. We hope this will help you make an informed decision about sharing personal information with us if you choose to do so. In addition, if more detailed information is needed to explain our privacy practices, we will post separate privacy notices to describe how a particular service holds or collates personal information.
The KRUSH privacy policy describes the privacy practices that apply to KRUSH's products and services. .
Personal information and other data we may collect:
KRUSH may collect personal information if you apply for a prize or register to receive a service or otherwise voluntarily provide such information (such as your name, email address and mailing address). We may combine personal information collected from you with information from third parties to provide a better service for you although we may give you the opportunity to opt out of combining such information. For some services we also request credit card or other payment account information for which we use encrypted software when supplied over the internet. We may also use personal information for auditing, research and analysis to operate and improve our services.
Cookies - We do not intend to use cookies to collect information although we reserve the right to amend this policy at a later date.
Log information - When you use KRUSH services or website, we may record information that your browser sends whenever you visit. These server logs may include information such as your request, Internet Protocol address, browser type, browser language and the date and time of your request.
User communications - When you send an email or other communication to KRUSH, we may retain those communications in order to process your inquiries, respond to your requests and improve our services. We may use personal information to provide the services you've requested.
Affiliated sites - We may offer some services in connection with other web sites. Personal information that you provide to those sites may be sent to KRUSH in order to deliver the service. We process such information in accordance with this Policy. The affiliated sites may have different privacy practices and we encourage you to read their privacy policies.
Information processing and sharing - When we use third parties to assist us in processing your personal information, we require that they comply with our Privacy Policy and any other appropriate confidentiality and security measures. KRUSH processes personal information on servers in the United Kingdom. 5)We may share with third parties certain pieces of aggregated, non-personal information such as the demographics of users, for example, or how many users clicked on a particular item.
Other sites - This Privacy Policy applies to web sites and services that are owned and operated by KRUSH.
Choice:
We offer you choices when we ask for personal information, whenever reasonably possible. You can find more information about your choices in the privacy notices or FAQs for specific services.
We make good faith efforts to provide you access to your personal information upon request and in the UK we comply with the freedom of Information Act. We let you correct data if it is inaccurate and delete it, when reasonably possible.
If we propose to use personal information for any purposes other than those described in this Policy and/or in the specific service notices, we will offer you an effective way to opt out of the use of personal information for those other purposes. We will not collect or use sensitive information for purposes other than those described in this Policy and/or in the specific service notices, unless we have obtained your prior consent.
You can decline to submit personal information to any of our services, in which case KRUSH may not be able to provide those services to you.

Information security:

KRUSH will regularly review its compliance with this Policy. Please feel free to direct any questions or concerns regarding this Policy or KRUSH's treatment of personal information by contacting us through this web site or by writing to us. When we receive formal written complaints, it is KRUSH's policy to contact the complaining user regarding his or her concerns. We will cooperate with the appropriate regulatory authorities, including local data protection authorities, to resolve any complaints regarding the transfer of personal data that cannot be resolved between KRUSH and an individual.
Changes to this policy:
Please note that this Privacy Policy may change from time to time. We will not reduce your rights under this Policy without your explicit consent, and we expect most such changes will be minor.
